Tedora Enache-Aisha  (born September 30, 1967 in Oneşti), also known as „Ella Fitzgerald of Romania” is considered one of the most important Jazz musicians in Romania. She won the Award for Best Debut at Sibiu International Jazz Festival in 1993. Between 1993 and 2004, she gave representations in various jazz concerts and festivals in Romania, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Russia and the USA. She performed with internationally acclaimed musicians such as Curtis Feller, Les Paul, Stanley Jordan, Johnny Griffin, Rick Condit, Johnny Răducanu, Guido Manusardi, Al Copley and Philippe Duchemin. She recorded her first disk in 1997, followed by other eight in Romania and the USA.

She was discovered and guided by Johnny Raducanu, and succeeded in becoming an important jazz singer. Along with “Johnny Raducanu and Friends”, Teodora gave representations in countries like: Italy, France, Switzerland or Germany and also she collaborated with other big names, such as Guido Manusardi or Stanley Jordan.
